Senior AI Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our autonomous systems team. You will architect and deploy production-grade AI pipelines that power our agentic solutions across enterprise clients in fintech, healthcare, and logistics. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with direct ownership of critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy large-scale AI/ML models into production systems
• Build autonomous agent pipelines using LLMs, RAG, and tool-use frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope technical requirements
• Own model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in async, distributed teams
